Centuries of Devotion

The Sultana Story & Sacred Pledge

A story born out of reverence for the grand banquet tables of the Islamic Golden Age — where culinary refinement and spiritual purity were one and the same.

Our Inception

The Rebirth of Royal Halal Gastronomy

For decades, food lovers seeking exquisite high-end dining had to constantly question whether animal rennet was in the cheese, whether wine was used in the pan reduction, or whether meat was machine-slaughtered.

At Sultana, we resolved that no Muslim, conscious eater, or guest seeking ethical food should ever need to compromise their values to experience culinary splendor. We built Sultana from the ground up as an unapologetic sanctuary of royal dining where every single ingredient is pure (Tayyib) and permissible (Halal).

From the copper cauldrons of Lucknow to the aromatic charcoal pits of Aleppo and the spice bazaars of Istanbul, our culinary traditions preserve heritage techniques passed down through generations.

Uncompromising Integrity

Our 4 Pillars of Halal Assurance

Every element of our supply chain is audited and held to the most rigorous standards.

🔪

100% Hand-Slaughtered

We strictly enforce manual Zabiha hand-slaughter by observant Muslim slaughtermen with continuous Tasmiyyah (Bismillah Allahu Akbar). No mechanical blades, no pre-slaughter electric water bath stunning.

🚫

Zero-Alcohol Premises

Our kitchen and lounge are entirely free from alcoholic spirits, cooking wines, or ethyl-based extracts. Our beverage lab crafts luxurious zero-proof elixirs using cold-pressed botanicals and damascene florals.

🌾

Tayyib & Ethical Farming

We partner with family-owned, certified pastoralist farms. Our Wagyu cattle and spring lambs graze freely on open pastures without hormones, steroids, or animal by-product feeds.

🕌

Musallah & Modest Spaces

Dine with peace of mind. We provide on-site male and female prayer rooms equipped with wudhu facilities, Quran stands, and prayer rugs, plus curtained family alcoves for modest privacy.
